Highly recommend Mass Mailboxes! It was a fantastic business to work with! In my initial phone call to inquire about granite post installation and a new mailbox, Tom explained the process and all the costs associated with it. I was given options for engraving the street numbers versus vinyl numbering and everything was clearly outlined. After comparing costs, Mass Mailboxes was the best deal and could install in a quicker timeframe, so they were our choice. Installation happened quickly and today we got our beautiful granite post and new mailbox.

Start to finish Tom did an exceptional job at a great price. He was patient and kind and super helpful in helping us. Decide what we actually wanted and needed. We ended up with a granite mailbox and it’s so beautiful. I went with Tom because his reviews were so good and instilled a lot of trust. Believe everything you read.

Couldn’t be happier with our new mailbox. Tom’s customer service, delivery and installation was exceptional, quick and professional. He even brought me a second mailbox option so I can compare, to make sure I was loving the one I chose. In a sea of black mailboxes this bronze one deserves its moment in the sun. Thank you Tom!

These guys were great. They were at my house for less than an hour and at the end I had a beautiful mailbox reasonably priced compared to other places that I looked at. They were professional, quick and a great price. They took away my old mailbox and they warranty theit work. You can’t ask for much more.

Mass Mailbox is simply the best. I reached out to Tom requesting for a mailbox and bracket replacement on my granite post and he was so quick to respond, draft up mailbox designs, and get to our house to install the new mailbox - all within 1 week! Prices are incredibly reasonable - there is really no reason to waste time shopping around. Very professional, honest, and genuinely wants to make sure you're happy with the finished product. Thanks, Tom!

Tom replaced a cap for me with a new cap. Not only did he come out on a Saturday, he put on a granite cap which looks 10x better than the traditional wood or plastic ones. I highly recommend this company!!

Tom installed a new mailbox and post that I had previously bought and did a perfect installation. He prepared the area, removed the old assembly, and measured and leveled the new assembly. Very professional and skilled.

Absolutely cool dude and great job. Fast process. Looks natural. Good attention to detail. He even covered the previous hole where the old mailpost was.
